Slow

Please, you gotta' believe me, I spent time today planting this bunch of plants. Small load, yes, but when they got planted, they look like nothing was added out there... it is times like this that it feels like work- not a prominent feeling I get with this median project. I love this expansion and I know that the neighbors- well one more anyway- do too! He poked his head out of his garage and said it was looking good. Better, now that I hear that. But looking back at these pictures I took today, it really looks like nothing was added!



Just so you know, there is now a section of soap Aloes, (Aloe maculata) shown in the before and after pic right here. I hope I can keep them watered enough to hang on until winter because it is really hot and dry out there right now...

This is perhaps the last section I will plant until after July 12th, the next date that the MNC work crew will come clear the section between Lippard and Chilton! Can't wait....
